How do I install these tools?

Our products are not plugins, so they don't require any installation. In any case, all products include a user manual.

How do I receive my products?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and you can access the downloads panel from your MY ACCOUNT section.

I have not received my products.

Please log into your personal account and verify that your products are listed there. If they aren’t, feel free to email us at info@tormentaestudio.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Are TORMENTA’s products unique?

That’s right. Each product has been meticulously developed and is not sold on any other platform. The only way to purchase our products is through our website.

What is your refund policy?

Since all products are digital, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds.

What licenses cover your products?

These products are perpetual, and the license covers any personal and commercial digital use (social media, websites, podcasts, Vimeo, YouTube paid, etc.). Use on streaming platforms (Netflix, HBO, Prime...), television, film, and similar requires an EXTENDED LICENSE, and you will need to contact us to obtain it.

Can I share my products with third parties?

Reselling, transferring, or giving away the product is strictly prohibited and considered piracy. The license is unique, personal, and non-transferable.
